Steps to ordering your stationery and/or invitations online

  1. Order and pay in full online for your chosen wedding stationery and/or wedding invitations.
  2. When we are notified of the purchase we will email you a link to an online customer order form to fill out with your wording details. This is so that we can personalise your wedding stationery and/or invitations.
  3. We email you a PDF proof in 3-4 working days from receiving your details along with full payment. If required, hard copy proofs are available & are subject to a non-refundable charge of a €10.00 per item incl. postage. Please note that although we have created the proofs with the utmost of care mistakes can happen – hence the responsibility of the proofing stage is upon the customer. Please check all the details of the stationery and/or invitations: i.e – spellings, times, dates, etc. (Please note the proof is for proofing only and is not of the high quality that the finished product will be of).
  4. Approve your proof by email.
  5. Once approved and fully paid your order will be put into production. We endeavour to have your order delivered to your door within two weeks from signing off on the proof and receiving full payment.
  6. Receive your wedding stationery and/or wedding invitations order.

Steps to Ordering your Stationery and/or Invitations through office via email or phone

  1. Acquire a price for your chosen stationery or invitation from each individual invite design page on this website or you can also contact us by email or phone for a quote on your product.
  2. Purchase a sample invitation through the website if needed.
  3. When you have decided on your stationery or invitation simply contact us by email or phone with your order details.
  4. When you contact us to make your order we take a deposit payment of €50 to secure your order. When your stationery or invitation proofs have been designed and emailed, this deposit amount of €50 is non refundable, the deposit payment covers the graphic time spent on a customers order.
  5. We will email you a link to our online customer order form to fill out with your wording details and personal information.
  6. We email you a PDF proof in 3-4 working days from receiving your details along with full payment or deposit. Please note that although we have created the proofs with the utmost of care mistakes can happen. As a result, the responsibility of the proofing stage is upon the customer.   7. Approve your proof by email.
  8. Pay amount owing on order.
  9. Once approved and fully paid your order will be put into production, we endeavour to have your order delivered to your door within two weeks from signing off on the proof and receiving full payment.
  10. Receive your wedding stationery and/or wedding invitation order.

Finer Details:

Payment:  Your proofs will not be created until after we have received your €50 Deposit or full payment when purchasing online. Without exception, orders will not go into production until the order has been paid in full. Payment can be made by cr card, visa debit card or PayPal. We also accept postal orders, bank drafts or bank transfers.

Approving Your Proofs: It is the client’s absolute responsibility to thoroughly check the details of their stationery proofs to ensure the wording and layout is correct. Production of your order will not begin until we have received your approval by email. To approve your stationery and/or invitations you must send us an email with your approval.

Pricing: Price lists are subject to change without prior notice. Quotes issued are valid for 1 month only.

Delivery Terms & Conditions: We endeavour to have your order delivered to your door within two weeks from signing off on the proof. This, however, is contingent upon Loving Invitations production capacity. Unavoidable delivery time over-runs are not subject to compensation, deductions or cancellation of orders being processed. We will endeavour to deliver items as quickly as possible. We are not responsible, however, for delivery delays beyond our control.

The products travel at the risk of the buyer whose responsibility it is to have any damage or loss officially recorded and to confirm its reservations with the carrier or postage service within the duly prescribed times and in compliance with prescribed practice. It is the buyer’s responsibility to take out any and all insurance covering the risk of loss of deterioration of products.
