How Ordering Works

1. Find your design

Browse our wedding stationery designs online and order some samples before placing your order.

2. Ordering

When you have found you perfect design, simply add it to your cart and proceed with payment. Alternatively you can email or phone us to place your order also.

3. Design

After your order is placed our designer will be in touch via email within 3 working days. The design process takes approx 10 working days.

4. Print & Deliver

Once you approve your final digital proof and complete payment. You will receive your order with 10-15 working days depending on invites.

FAQ

  1. Order and pay in full online for your chosen wedding stationery and/or wedding invitations.
  2. When we are notified of the purchase we will email you a link to an online customer order form to fill out with your wording details. This is so that we can personalise your wedding stationery and/or invitations.
  3. We email you a PDF proof in 3-4 working days from receiving your details along with full payment. If required, hard copy proofs are available & are subject to a non-refundable charge of a €10.00 per item incl. postage. Please note that although we have created the proofs with the utmost of care mistakes can happen – hence the responsibility of the proofing stage is upon the customer. Please check all the details of the stationery and/or invitations: i.e – spellings, times, dates, etc. (Please note the proof is for proofing only and is not of the high quality that the finished product will be of).
  4. Approve your proof by email.
  5. Once approved and fully paid your order will be put into production. We endeavour to have your order delivered to your door within two weeks from signing off on the proof and receiving full payment. Laser Cut Wedding Invitations will take an additional 1-2 weeks, in total 3-4 weeks to deliver from sign off.
  6. Receive your wedding stationery and/or wedding invitations order.
  1. Acquire a price for your chosen stationery or invitation from each individual invite design page on this website or you can also contact us by email or phone for a quote on your product.
  2. Purchase a sample invitation through the website if needed.
  3. When you have decided on your stationery or invitation simply contact us by email or phone with your order details.
  4. When you contact us to make your order we take a booking fee of €100 to secure your order date. This booking fee of €100 is non refundable, the booking fee is for administration costs and corespondance made on the lead up to your wedding.
  5. We will email you a link to our online customer order form to fill out with your wording details and personal information.

Loving Invitations are offering free envelope seals and free envelope address printing promotion with wedding invitation orders made with Loving Invitations within a given period. The Wedding Gift Promotion only applies to certain wedding invitations. This offer can be stopped at any given time by Loving Invitations without notice.  The offer does not apply to regular flat wedding invitations. Minimum order of 75 wedding invitations to avail of this offer. The wedding invitations that are included in this offer are folding, tri-fold, tri-fold with rsvp, flat invites with foiling, flat invites with bellybands, pocketfold wedding invitations. Offer applies to wedding invitations only. Names and addresses of guests for envelope printing must be provided on an excel sheet when ordering your wedding invitations in the format that is acceptable to Loving Invitations. To avail of our envelope printing offer you must provide the required information at the time your invitations are going into production this cannot be provided after your order has been dispatched. Printed envelopes and envelope seals must be dispatched with wedding invitations and stationery.

Finer Details:

Payment:  Your proofs will not be created until after we have received your €100 booking fee or full payment when purchasing online. Without exception, orders will not go into production until the order has been paid in full. Payment can be made by cr card, visa debit card or PayPal. We also accept postal orders, bank drafts or bank transfers.

Approving Your Proofs: It is the client’s absolute responsibility to thoroughly check the details of their stationery proofs to ensure the  wording and layout is correct. Production of your order will not begin until we have received your approval by email. To approve your stationery and/or invitations you must send us an email with your approval.

Pricing: Price lists are subject to change without prior notice. Quotes issued are valid for 1 month only.

Delivery Terms & Conditions: We endeavour to have your order delivered to your door within two weeks from signing off on the proof. This, however, is contingent upon Loving Invitations production capacity. Unavoidable delivery time over-runs are not subject to compensation, deductions or cancellation of orders being processed. We will endeavour to deliver items as quickly as possible. We are not responsible, however, for delivery delays beyond our control.

The products travel at the risk of the buyer whose responsibility it is to have any damage or loss officially recorded and to confirm its reservations with the carrier or postage service within the duly prescribed times and in compliance with prescribed practice. It is the buyer’s responsibility to take out any and all insurance covering the risk of loss of deterioration of products.
